Well, it has been fun to be a part of this, but in the end, as I have been struggeling with making a UI for my game, I found the existing UI structure lacking, and I often found myself having to write much of the UI in AWT nearly from scratch.
I'm gonna experiment with a few other engines. Maybe Unreal, as an excuse to self-learn more c++.
Who knows, maybe I end up back here at the end of the week, it's hard to tell.

Don't think this is a rushed decision. It's been in the back of my mind for the last month that your engine might not have been the best fit for my project. My latest struggles just made that clear.
