how can I learn how to create whit LITIEngine if doc is mostly empty, and there is next to nothing materials on website and yt? How did you sarted?
Right now, I'd say that it makes the most sense to learn the engine by example and from code. We have a few game projects that are publically accessible on GitHub.

As someone who is kind of new to litiengine, I would like to add that the best way that I found to get started was to follow the gurk nukem platformer tutorial found here:

this tutorial is great because it shows you the general process of creating a game using litiengine beginning to end. However, the litiengine documentation page (as linked above), while still not complete, has more information now than it did when I found litiengine 1-2 months ago and I would highly reccomend checking it out. If you're new to litiengine, those resources should help get you oriented, andI hope that my tiny bit of experience was able to help you out. Thanks.
