I just realized, it should be possible to write your own implementation of IMap.
This is where the tile-data for a game is stored.
The typical implementation, TmxMap, is just a middle-layer for translating the xml-data from the Tiled files into something LITIengine can use.
In theory, if you are a skilled programmer, you could build your dynamic map into that.
Though collisions, Map areas, entities, and other features from UtiLITI wouldn't be copied over.
